New condition grades of our products

If you have been recently looking at our websites, you may have noticed that we have introduced a new grading system for the aesthetic condition of our products.

We tried to simplify the new names and descriptions of our products, while maintaining the maximum degree of transparency and truth of the information.

So let's get straight to the point. We have divided all our products, in any category, into only 3 states, which truthfully describe the aesthetic and functional state of the renovated equipment.

AS NEW

Devices in AS NEW condition really look like brand new. Occasionally and to a minimal extent, tiny, easily overlooked beauty flaws can occur on the body. The display of refurbished laptops, monitors and mobile phones in this category is always without any defects. 

Overall, the device is 100% functional because it has been renovated by techsvers, which is a guarantee of the highest quality.

VERY GOOD

Even devices in VERY GOOD condition are fully and 100% functional and have undergone the same quality renovation process as all our devices.

However, on the bodies of refurbished devices in this condition grade, there are slighty more visible signs of use such as scratches or discoloration of the plastic. Previous use is sometimes also noticeable on displays in the form of a defective pixel, a scratch or a stain behind the display. However, these defects are almost invisible when the device's display is on and the device is perfectly functional.

FAIR

The last of our aesthetic conditions is FAIR, where all the devices are also 100% functional and have undergone the same high-quality renovation process as the two higher classes.

The bodies and displays of the devices in FAIR grade bear more significant and visible signs of previous using, which, however, do not affect their usability in any way. Scratches and yellowed plastic in places are the most common visual defects. However, for absolute transparency, we offer specific photos of each device, with visible errors and defects so that you know exactly what you are getting.

Buying a device from us comes with a minimum 2-year warranty, secured by excellent and express service, where you don't needlessly wait 30 days for a result. Additionally, if you are unsatisfied with your refurbished device for any reason, you can simply return it within 14 days of delivery.
